Human resources management aims at enhancing motivation, commitment and participation of the staff, which is a true resource of the organization of this Experimental Station. In this regard, recruitment and training are of primary importance in terms of impact on activities.
Staff management policies are designed to produce positive effects on company performances, assessing internal and external factors that are relevant for this Institute and drive its organizational choices.
The Management Area is engaged in the company functions designed to implement the actions that the Institute has established in order to pursue its objectives, dealing with their various economic-corporate aspects.
Management activities, coordinating and controlling the Body, include the functions and services required for the type of operations performed by this Institute, which allow implementation of all measures adequate to ensure proper operation of the system, as well as daily and constant monitoring of the same.
