Around 2900 companies across all the regions of Italy are associated to SSICA and use its services. They operate in the following sectors: preserved meat products, vegetable products, deep-frozen products and specialities, preserved fish products, stock extracts and cubes.

The table below summarizes the distribution of companies in Italy, the number of companies by relevant sector and the level of their financial contribution to Experimental Station.

The external ring in the chart shows the level of contribution (as a percentage of the total), while the internal ring shows the number of companies.
